Cool-Spot is known to the public as the ultimate cooling method for cold buffets, but originally arose from the need for a properly cooled workplace for Mis-en-Place, starters and desserts in the warm restaurant kitchen.
For example, in recent years, in collaboration with, among others, Rosval Productions from Best, and Palux Belgium (Hilux), many Cool-Spot combinations with wall-mounted cooling workbenches, cooling work islands and cold passes have been installed in hotel and restaurant kitchens.
